Soul Sound Codes offers both in-person purchases and shipping options for selected products. Our stock is currently located at Zen Within Wellness, and orders can be arranged for collection or delivery within Australia.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been prepared and dispatched.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Australia)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days depending on location

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or advised prior to payment

Local Pickup (if available)

  • Pickup may be arranged from Zen Within Wellness by appointment only

  • You will be contacted to organise a suitable collection time

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are based on package size, weight, and destination

  • Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed before payment

5. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

Soul Sound Codes is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Soul Sound Codes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Australia. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly prior to placing your order.
