Welcome to Soul Sound Codes. By accessing our website, booking services, purchasing products, or attending events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users, clients, and customers. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Soul Sound Codes offers wellness-based services including but not limited to:

  • Sound healing sessions (group and private)

  • Reiki energy healing

  • Cacao ceremonies

  • Workshops, events, and retreats

  • Wellness products for purchase

All services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

3. Medical Disclaimer

By participating in our services:

  • You acknowledge that sound healing and Reiki are holistic wellness practices

  • You confirm that you are responsible for your own physical and mental health

  • You agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns

You must inform us prior to sessions if you have any relevant conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy or seizures

  • Heart conditions or pacemakers

  • Severe mental health conditions

  • Sensitivity to sound

Participation is at your own risk.

4. Cacao Ceremony Disclosure

Our cacao ceremonies may include ingredients such as:

  • Ceremonial-grade cacao

  • Coconut milk

  • Maple syrup

  • Blue lotus flower infusion

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You have disclosed any allergies or sensitivities

  • You understand cacao may have mild physiological effects (e.g. increased heart rate)

  • You are not taking medications that may interact adversely with cacao

5. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before an event/session may be eligible for a refund or credit

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of payment

Event Cancellations (by us)

  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer your booking

7. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

  • Participants must behave respectfully toward facilitators and others

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund

  • Mobile phone use is not permitted during sessions

8. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Soul Sound Codes is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our services

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending sessions and events

9. Products & Purchases

  • Products are subject to availability

  • We aim to ensure accurate descriptions, but do not guarantee all information is error-free

  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery terms

10. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns may be accepted for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

  • Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and are at our discretion

  • Course materials

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
