Reiki and Sound Therapy Group Session Bunbury

This is a space intentionally created for you to slow down, soften, and return to your natural rhythm. A place where your nervous system is gently guided out of survival mode and into deep, restorative rest.

Your journey begins with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that supports presence, connection, and intention. This sacred ritual invites you to arrive fully, grounding into your body, softening your mind, and opening to receive.

You’ll then be guided to lie back on a comfortable bamboo mattress, wrapped in warmth with a blanket and eye pillow, allowing your body to fully surrender and feel supported.
